The problem

Most outbound voice contracts punish you for working.

We've spent ten years routing voice for outbound call centers. The pain we kept seeing isn't exotic — it's the same three things, every time.

Per-minute math punishes scale

Heavy dialers pay the most under per-minute pricing. A 200-seat team can burn $30K/mo on overages alone — purely because they hit their dial quota.

Faked foreign numbers kill answer rates

A US number forwarded into Germany gets flagged as spam. Pickup drops 40-60%. Half the dial budget evaporates before the agent says hello.

Multi-vendor stack means multi-vendor pain

One provider per country = N invoices, N failure modes, N support tickets when something breaks at 3am. Compliance attestation across N regulatory regimes.

What flat-rate looks like in practice

Outcomes we model for real outbound floors.

We don't parade logos or verbatim quotes we haven't earned. These figures are modelled from the live network — flat-rate seat economics, regional edge latency, and per-line call caps — not a marketing department.

Real questions, real answers

Things buyers actually ask.

  • What does "cancel before commit ends" actually mean?

Each market has a commitment term you accept at signup (1–12 months depending on country and tier). You cancel from /markets in the portal at any time before that date and you stop getting billed at next renewal — no termination fee, no clawback. Don't cancel and it auto-renews on the same terms.

  • Why are faked foreign numbers worse than yours?

A US-registered number forwarded into Germany flags every modern carrier's spam filter — the SIP signaling shows the call originating outside the country. A real local number is allocated under our local license in each country, so it terminates as a domestic call and rings out with a genuine local caller ID. Pickup rates on the same agent + script typically jump 30–60% on the switch.

  • My dialer isn't on your integrations list. Will it work?

Almost certainly. We expose standard SIP credentials (host, username, password, codec list). Anything that speaks SIP over UDP/TCP/TLS works — that includes ViciDial, GoHighLevel, HubSpot Sales Hub, every modern softphone, and most custom in-house dialers. If yours is exotic, email [email protected] with what you run and we'll confirm in <24h.

  • How long does a market take to provision after I pay?

Stripe payment lands → SIP credentials show in your portal within ~2 minutes for US/CA. EU markets that need KYC paperwork take longer — we ask for proof of address + entity registration up front, and the wait is mostly on document review (24–48h business hours).

  • Do you support GDPR data residency?

Voice traffic terminates in-region (EU calls stay in EU edge locations — Frankfurt + London). Call recording is opt-in per market and lives in EU R2 buckets when enabled. We don't process recordings outside your selected region and we don't use voice content for training models. Full processor list at /legal/privacy.

  • Is there a setup or activation fee?

No. Pay the first month's seats up front (locked at signup), get SIP creds, dial. No onboarding fees, no professional services fees, no $X-per-number activation. The only thing you pay beyond per-seat is what you ask for explicitly (additional number pools beyond the included rotation, custom CNAM registration, etc.).

From the team

We've routed voice for outbound teams for ten years.UnlimCall is what we wished we'd had.

Most outbound voice contracts were written for the carrier's convenience, not yours. Per-minute math, faked foreign numbers, multi-vendor stacks, contracts that auto-renew before you can review them. We got tired of it on behalf of our customers and built the thing they kept asking us for.

Real local numbers under our license. Flat per-day pricing. One contract across 33 countries. Standard SIP — bring your own dialer. Cancel before the commit ends, no questions asked.
