Why per-agent and not per-minute?
Variable per-minute billing is unpredictable and biases against high-performing teams. Flat per-agent means heavy callers cost the same as light ones—your most productive agents don't make your bill explode.
Are there setup fees?
None. Zero setup fees, zero activation fees, zero minimum spend beyond the first month.
Can I change my plan mid-month?
Yes. Add or remove agents anytime (billed pro-rata). Add new markets anytime. Cancel after the commitment period.
What if I exceed reasonable use?
Our service is 'unlimited reasonable business use.' If your usage is so heavy it's clearly an outlier (say, 500+ min/agent/day for weeks), we'll have a conversation about right-sizing. We'd rather have an honest chat than penalty fees.
