You must own what you clone.
You must own or have explicit written permission to clone any voice. This includes your own voice, employees who have consented in writing, and paid voice actors with a commercial release clause in their contract.
You must own or have explicit written permission to clone any voice. Every upload requires an attestation that you signed and accepted — we store it with IP address and timestamp for legal traceability. Misuse violates our AUP — accounts cloning non-consenting voices are terminated immediately and refunded for the current period only. Submitting a false attestation also violates our Acceptable Use Policy and our Terms of Service.
Accounts confirmed to be cloning voices without consent are terminated immediately. We cooperate with law enforcement requests related to voice misuse.
Public-figure cloning (politicians, executives, celebrities) is forbidden regardless of sample source and is grounds for immediate account termination.
