1 line per rep

Rep sees the lead card first, decides whether to call, then dials. Slowest mode, lowest abandon rate, perfect for high-value B2B where every call should count.

1–3 lines per rep

Auto-dials a fixed number of lines per available rep. Connects answered calls instantly to a rep, drops the rest. Strong middle ground: ~3× the call volume of preview with manageable abandon rates.

Is there a free trial?+
Yes — every dialer tier starts with 7 days free. We collect your card at checkout, but won't bill the seat fee until day 8. Cancel anytime during the trial from /settings/dialer — no seat-fee charge. Important: the trial only covers the dialer software seat fee. Outbound call minutes still bill from your wallet at your per-country rates (minutes start burning the moment your first campaign dials).
How do call minutes work during the trial?+
Call minutes are wholly separate from the dialer seat-fee subscription. Every outbound call debits your wallet at the per-minute rate for the destination country (US ~$0.012/min, etc.). The 7-day trial pauses the seat fee, not your wallet usage. So if you run a 1,000-call campaign on day 1, you'll still see that in your wallet usage — just not in your seat-fee billing.
What happens when the trial ends?+
On day 8 Stripe automatically charges the saved card for your tier's monthly seat fee ($79–$169/mo depending on tier) and the subscription continues monthly. Cancel any time from /settings/dialer — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billed period.
