Does flat-rate include international calls or only domestic? Flat-rate covers outbound calls within each market we support. You select which markets your team needs at signup. Calls from a provisioned German number to German destinations are unlimited; calls outside your selected markets are not included.
What softphones and CRMs work with UnlimCall? UnlimCall is a SIP trunking network. Any SIP-compatible softphone, IP-PBX, or CRM dialer connects directly. No proprietary app required.
